open the phone file, tap share, then Use as Wallpaper. pinch to place the cloud where you like it.
open the phone file, tap the menu, then Set as wallpaper. lock screen, home screen, or both.
right-click the 4K file, then Set Desktop Picture (Mac) or Set as desktop background (Windows).
